The Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre is running a 10-week full-time internship program, 2022 PLAC legislative internship, with assistance from the European Union (EU).
The program is designed for young Nigerians interested in learning about legislative practices and processes.

PLAC 2022 Legislative Internship Details
Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) is a Nigerian civil society organization that is independent, nonprofit, and non-partisan. Its goal is to improve democratic governance, citizens’ participation, and engagement with public institutions in Nigeria.
Through enhancing citizens’ access to the government, PLAC works to promote transparency and accountability in policy and decision-making processes, as well as to push for legal and policy reforms.
Requirements
You must have the following qualifications to be eligible for this internship:

- At least, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Completed NYSC
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office packages)
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
Duration and Reward
Duration:
September – November 2022
Logistics:
Only stipends to cover transportation and lunch costs within Abuja will be provided.
Other logistics expenses will be borne by the intern.
It is advised that prospective interns be able to reside within Abuja or bear the cost of residing in Abuja throughout the duration of the internship as PLAC will not provide accommodation
